Beer for People Who Don't  Like Beer
(And it's gluten-free)

For those that don't know me - there are four things I love to talk about - My adorable husband, my French Bulldog, MOL and beer!

Ten years ago, my husband had to go gluten-free. About six years ago, we were out for dinner and he commented on how much he missed having a beer and burger. We could find gluten-free breads, but gluten-free beer was hard to find. I figured if there was a recipe, I could try to make him beer. That is where my story beings. 

The next hurdle was that I didn't like any commercial beers. I was introduced to low hopped homebrews. That led down the path of ancient brews, low hopped beers, fruit beers, and creating crazy flavors that sounded interesting to me.
